Job description

A global pharmaceutical CDMO which partners with various industry leaders in the pharmaceutical field and state-of-the-art facilities is actively recruiting for a Laboratory Supervisor with previous experience in an analytical laboratory.

The Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for critical work including facilities, procurement, basic and analytical equipment maintenance, and project management, and will have a background working in a regulated analytical laboratory.

The Role and Key Responsibilities
  • Support laboratory teams in their daily tasks.
  • Procurement of lab consumables.
  • Handle logistics, including materials management and shipping.
  • Prepare solutions.
  • Ensure basic lab and analytical equipment is calibrated and maintained.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain the laboratory asset list.
  • Manage lab improvement projects.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience working in an analytical laboratory.
  • Previous experience working to GMP.
  • Previous HPLC experience.
  • Chemistry or other life science degree.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and experience with IT packages such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a regulated environment is beneficial but not essential.
