£50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits package

Our client has established themselves as a key player in the Healthcare market and they have now a new role within their award winning team. You can be based from home but also be able to meet at a Regional office for regular meetings. There is a network of offices to enable working from a local hub also.

Main Responsibilities

1. Undertake a significant fee earning role, achieving a fee target which is reviewed annually.
2. Promote the company values, leading by example, and to act as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally, generating new business for the healthcare team and wider company.
3. Liaise with portfolio clients and undertake an active role in relationship management, progressing rent reviews and Landlord and Tenant work as required. The portfolio clients are major health investors.
4. Help with the Sale and Leaseback/Agency aspects.

Requirements

1. RICS qualified.
2. Landlord and Tenant experience primarily in relation to negotiations for rent review and lease renewal.
3. Experience in healthcare/GP premises, with some knowledge of dental and pharmacy markets preferable but not essential.
4. Registered valuer and full valuation experience not essential, but a knowledge of valuation processes, particularly investment method, is required when acquiring or selling property, or for sale and leaseback work.
