L’oreal Luxe Multi-Brand Education CoordinatorI am the Multi-Brand Education Co-ordinator. I support all administrative aspects of the team's multi-brand Education activities. I will work autonomously and foster collaboration between teams, functions, and external partners. My role is a key part of supporting the team in executing the Education and retail Strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesEDUCATION- Responsible for all administration and call handling for the MB Training team.
- Primary point of contact for Beauty Advisors, MB Trainers & Area Managers.
- Responsible for organising venues, catering, travel and accommodation for all Beauty Advisor trainings & conferences.
- Responsible for overseeing the budget expenditure for the MB Training team.
- Responsible for maintaining current stock levels of Training materials (literature, service tools, workbooks).
- Responsible for overseeing the organisation of multi-brand BA conferences and supporting on Retailer conferences.
- Support on One Retail Admin/content for MB activities.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock level of the Beauty Advisor and the Beauty Expert uniforms.
- Assisting the wider training team with ad hoc projects.
RETAIL & TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS- Support in the organisation of Retail/Sales Drives for Field & Head Office teams, booking internal/external meeting rooms/venues, travel, catering, etc.
- Support in preparation of the Sales/Retail Drive material.
- Coordinate Pre-Series & Marketing material for the field team.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION- Support in Purchase order raising, management & web cycles.
- Management of files/folders for the MB Training team.
- Support with ad hoc reporting & administration support.
