Your new role
You will be working with senior business leaders to develop their L&D piece, designing and personally delivering training which aligns with the needs of the business. You will be identifying training needs and developing a tailored curriculum. One key aspect of this role is the development of the onboarding process across the company, alongside leading on its implementation. The other key aspect is the evaluation of performance review processes.
