Your new role
You will be working with senior business leaders to develop their L&D piece, designing and personally delivering training which aligns with the needs of the business. You will be identifying training needs and developing a tailored curriculum. One key aspect of this role is the development of the onboarding process across the company, alongside leading on its implementation. The other key aspect is the evaluation of performance review processes.
What you'll need to succeed
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
* Quality experience in L&D
* Strong LMS knowledge
* Proven experience of delivering effective training programmes that drive results
* Ability to measure and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives, alongside measuring L&D metrics
* Commitment to developing a culture of continuous learning
* Flexibility to travel to sites across London
* Ability to work with high levels of confidentiality
What you'll get in return
* £55-60K plus £5K travel allowance
* 4 days a week working from sites/the office, 1 day working remotely
