L&D Content Developer

My leading Technology client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead their content development as they go through a large transformation programme. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning content and Knowledge Base Articles.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong L&D content design experience.
• Experience of working with HTML LMS platforms & content creation software.
• Customer service/contact centre knowledge is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.

Rate: Up to £400/day

Duration: 3 months +

Location: London (good work from home options available)
