Location: Barton, Lincolnshire
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediately
Contract Type: Daily Supply with Opportunities for Long-Term Work

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and stimulating curriculum that supports pupils in their academic and personal development. You will create an inclusive classroom where all students are encouraged to reach their full potential, fostering a love for learning through dynamic teaching strategies.

Key Stage 2 Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
2. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of pupils.
3. Use differentiated teaching methods to ensure all students are supported and challenged.
4. Foster a positive classroom culture, promoting high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance student learning and well-being.
6. Monitor pupil progress through effective assessment strategies, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
7. Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.
8. Ensure a strong focus on safeguarding and pupil welfare, following school policies and procedures.

Key Stage 2 Teacher Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Experience working within the classroom teaching Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting.
3. A deep understanding of the KS2 curriculum, assessment frameworks, and teaching methodologies.
4. A passion for education, with the ability to inspire and engage pupils.
5. Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing and supportive approach.
6. ECTs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
7. The ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated and forward-thinking team.
8. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
