Academics are currently recruiting for a primary school teacher / senior leader that is on the lookout for the next step in their teaching career and where you can bring a positive impact to the school's progression.

This newly refurbished primary school based in Havering, London requires a KS2 Phase Leader to join their fantastic senior leadership team this September to take on the challenge of having Teaching and Leadership Responsibilities for Key Stage 2.

The ideal candidate for this role must be an outstanding practitioner who is passionate about education.

The KS2 Phase Leader should be:

1. An outstanding KS2 teacher with the ability to inspire, motivate and enthuse others
2. A senior leader looking to make a difference
3. An innovative middle leader ready for an SLT role with a track record of ‘GOOD’ or ‘OUTSTANDING’ classroom practice and teaching methods that all staff can aspire to follow
4. Hold QTS

You must bring a motivational approach to leadership and the ability to devise new methods and techniques and bring a modern twist within the school to ensure its continued improvements.

The Role
