Responsibilities:

1. Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 students.
2. Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with their academic and social development.
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
4. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience working with Key Stage 1 students in a school setting.
2. Relevant qualifications, such as CACHE Level 2 or equivalent, are desirable but not essential.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
4. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
