KS1 Teacher

At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a school based in Macclesfield who are actively seeking a passionate and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to start full-time in September. The school prides itself on creating an effective and inclusive learning community where staff collaborate to inspire and believe in others and themselves. The school is in a great location with excellent transport links between Congleton and Stoke-on-Trent.

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to early career students
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching experience
• Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practices

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working within a primary school is essential for this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Understanding of current educational trends and best practices
• Proficiency in using technology in the classroom
