Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience before securing a permanent teaching role? Aspire People are in partnership with a welcoming and supportive Central Manchester primary school that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 ECT to join their team in a HLTA capacity from Easter until the end of the academic year.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills, with many of our previous candidates securing permanent teaching positions at the school for the following year. You will be working alongside experienced staff who will offer excellent support and mentorship throughout your time there.

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified ECT (Early Career Teacher)
2. Passion for working with KS1 pupils
3. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop teaching experience
4. Ability to provide two years of references
5. DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
