Kronos System Analyst - 6-Month FTC

Location: Remote, UK.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract (possibility of extension)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional weekends during cutover)

JGA are partnering with a leading manufacturing business seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to support the migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro. Working with internal teams and an external implementation partner, you'll play a key role in system design, configuration, testing, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure UKG Pro Workforce Management, including pay rules, personas, and business processes.
2. Implement system integrations, including Workday, SSO (Microsoft Entra), and SAP Analytics Cloud.
3. Support testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
4. Manage data migration and archiving of the legacy system.

Required Skills:

1. Strong experience with Kronos WFC and UKG Pro configuration.
2. Expertise in HR & payroll system integrations (Workday, SSO, SAP Analytics).
3. Problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
