Knowledge Manager - Content and Technology Focus - Law - London

CB Resourcing are supporting an extremely prestigious international law firm who are seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager with a focus on content. The primary objective is to play a key role in enhancing both knowledge solutions and the user experience with considerable support from a global team and internal sponsors.
This is London-based role is ideal for an experienced legal knowledge professional with a strong grasp and passion for technology.

The primary objectives and responsibilities of this Knowledge Management role include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading on knowledge content strategy for the region
  • Fostering a knowledge-sharing community and culture within the firm
  • Supporting practice groups in their approach knowledge management
  • Reviewing, refining and optimising processes for managing knowledge assets
  • Developing KM solution features and taxonomies
  • Implementing quality control and governance for knowledge capture
  • Collaborating globally to deliver and maximise local impact
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure effective content strategy
  • Improving user experience and KM technology adoption
  • Creating value through client-facing knowledge products

To be suitable for this Knowledge Management role, the following are the key requirements:

  • Substantial experience in legal/professional services knowledge management
  • A deep understanding of relevant technologies their application in the KM Sphere
  • An ability to analyze legal workflows
  • Highly developed project management and leadership skills
  • Highly refined communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with SharePoint Online or similar platforms
