Current and predicted growth have created the need for an additional London and East based Sales Manager, ideally located with good travel links for this area. You will take over full management responsibility for the Showrooms and Sales Designers in your area. The opportunity exists for an energetic and effective individual to maximize the team’s performance by a combination of coaching, mentoring, and support.
Candidates need to come with a strong individual sales record within the higher end kitchen industry, and a degree of previous management would be advantageous. The ability to lead by example and work to demanding targets will be essential.
