Kitchen Sales Executive

Kitchens Sales Executive required for our client who are the UK’s leading and award-winning Kitchen makeover company. Our client specialises in renovating existing kitchens instead of replacing, typically saving customers 50% of the cost of replacement.

Due to their continued growth and success, they are now recruiting for an experienced Kitchens Sales Executive / Designer to work from their Teesside branch.

THE ROLE

1. As Kitchens Sales Executive / Kitchen Sales Designer you will be selling our client’s Kitchen makeover concept, including doors, appliances and worktops.
2. You will be selling kitchen makeovers.
3. You WILL ALSO be selling new kitchens.
4. You will be dealing with incoming enquiries by phone and email and walk-in customers.
5. Arranging and booking appointments to carry out a home / site visit to take measurements etc. This can include evening appointments if the customer is only available in the evening.
6. Taking phone calls from potential and existing customers.
7. You will also be assisting in the showroom as required.
8. Store opening times are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00 to 4.00pm on Saturday.
9. You will be working from the Teesside branch.

THE PERSON

1. The successful candidate MUST have similar experience within kitchens, bathrooms, or bedrooms (KBB).
2. You MUST have a full driving licence with your own car (insured for business use).
3. You must be IT proficient, able to use email, Word, Excel and the Microsoft suite.
4. You MUST have excellent customer service skills with great customer-facing skills.
5. Personable with a good sense of humour.
6. You will need to be flexible and able to work within the showroom opening hours including Saturdays.
7. Live within a commutable distance to the Teesside showroom.

THE PACKAGE

1. £50,000 OTE Uncapped with a very competitive basic salary.
2. 28 days holiday (Inc. Statutory days) pro rata.
