kitchen Production Assistant

Birley's Sandwiches are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Production Assistant to assist with the preparation and sales of food within our shops in City and Canary Wharf.

With 8 shops across City and Canary Wharf London, we are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our team in the kitchen!

Working full time from Monday to Friday. As a Kitchen Production Assistant, your key responsibilities will be:

1. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
2. Work in any section designated by the Supervisor/Chef/Manager, including washing dishes if needed. KP duties are required.
3. Prepare the dishes following the recipes given.
4. Follow all food health and safety requirements.
5. Assist in the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage.
6. At the end of each shift, ensure all areas of the kitchen, dry storage, fridges and freezers, blast chillers, staff canteen, changing rooms, toilets, staircase, foyer, and corridor are clean and organized.
7. Follow any other reasonable request.
