POSITION SUMMARY

Our Utility Cleaners play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing essential support across various departments. Whether it's preparing fresh, clean linens and spotless dining ware for our guests, maintaining and operating key cleaning equipment like dishwashers, hand wash stations, and laundry machines, or transporting dishware and linens across the hotel, these associates are dedicated to ensuring every task is completed to the highest standard.

Success in this role hinges on a few core principles: maintaining a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and always presenting a professional appearance and demeanor. By working closely with team members from different departments, Utility Cleaners help foster positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative, goal-oriented atmosphere. Listening to colleagues, addressing concerns with care, and reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management is all part of the job. Physical requirements include lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing a variety of movements, such as bending, twisting, and reaching. Additionally, you will be expected to complete other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. required.
2. Experience: No prior related experience necessary.
3. Supervisory Experience: Not required.
4. License or Certification: None needed.
