Kitchen Designer

Location: North Weald
Salary: Up to GBP35,000

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer to join a high-end kitchen showroom, creating bespoke kitchens that combine style, functionality, and craftsmanship. This is a great opportunity to work with a specialist team, designing high-quality kitchens for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and presenting bespoke kitchen layouts to clients

• Advising on materials, finishes, and fittings to create tailored designs

• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design and installation process

• Using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp to produce detailed plans and visuals

• Managing multiple projects while ensuring accuracy, quality, and attention to detail

• Providing excellent customer service and guiding clients through the design process

Requirements:

• Previous experience designing kitchens in a showroom environment (not just interior design)

• Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, materials, and finishes

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Must drive/have access to a car (or be able to travel easily to the showroom and client sites)

• Willing to work three Saturdays a month, with a weekday off in return

• Ideally based locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of North Weald

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to GBP35,000 (depending on experience)
