Kitchen Design Assistant - Buckinghamshire
£25,000 + Bonus
Full-Time | Permanent | Showroom Based

Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to be working with a prestigious high-end kitchen and interiors company based in Buckinghamshire, renowned for their bespoke, design-led approach to luxury living spaces. This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join a creative and dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Kitchen Design Assistant, you'll support the design team throughout the entire project lifecycle - from initial client brief to final installation. You'll work closely with experienced designers and project managers to bring bespoke kitchens and interiors to life, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, premium design environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the creation of detailed kitchen designs using Winner Design software.
2. Prepare mood boards, sample presentations, and technical documentation.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate project execution.
4. Maintain the showroom's visual standards and presentation materials.
5. Support the senior designers in client meetings and project planning.
6. Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements when required.
7. Ensure client needs and expectations are met with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

1. A strong interest in interior and kitchen design, with a flair for aesthetics and space planning.
2. Proficiency in Winner Design software or a willingness to learn it quickly.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
5. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from a highly experienced design team.
6. Previous experience in a similar design assistant or showroom-based role is desirable but not essential.
