The Team

Our Supply Chain Management Team supports the world’s most recognizable brands to design and implement a future-ready operating model for supply chains that balance between Cost, Speed, and Service. We enable business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility from visibility to orchestration to settlement, shifting focus from cost to high-value work that transforms customer experience.

Our goal is to drive innovation and guide our clients’ digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technology i.e., AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable decision automation and increased operational efficiency.

We are a global team operating from various locations in Europe, North America, and India. We focus on consulting services around the topics of Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations, and Agile Logistics.

The Role

1. You would lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance.
2. Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise.
3. Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle.
4. Contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation.
5. Participate actively in the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management.

Requirements

You

1. Minimum 7 years of management consulting firm experience within Supply Chain Planning among the following areas: Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower.
2. Must be a solution expert in Kinaxis and/or IBP supply chain planning tools.
3. Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies or IT consulting divisions.
4. Ideally, industry experience either in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science.
5. Strong communication skills in English and German.
6. Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
7. Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
8. Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (B2 proficiency) and English (B2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
