As part of a revitalisation project for the Isle of Wight and in partnership with the HTB network of churches (including Harbour Church Portsmouth), we are building an amazing team to bring the vision of a thriving, healthy, and outward-looking contemporary worshipping community to life. This is a rare opportunity to join a community passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus and help shape the vision, values, and culture for the next phase of ministry at All Saints Ryde.
We are looking for someone passionate about Kids & Families to lead and grow our children’s ministries at All Saints Ryde. You will be responsible for running Sunday kids’ ministries, developing a team of volunteers, supporting families, and expanding midweek ministry opportunities, as well as exploring innovative ways to reach children and families.
- Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible), including Sundays and weekly staff meetings.
- Benefits: Training opportunities, work-related expenses, and pro-rata holiday entitlement (25 days + bank holidays).
- Line Manager: Olly Mitchelmore, Team Vicar for Contemporary Worship.
