The Role

We are looking for a Part Time Keyholder who has a passion and flair for customer service to join our Wellbeing Hub in Leeds, for 18 hours a week.

You must be able to offer an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values.

You must be able to work well in a team and thrive on pressure. Being able to react to change in a positive but calm way and maintain your professionalism at all times is key. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights may be required.

You must have a natural interest in health & wellbeing and want to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and our customers.

What You Will Do

1. Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing
2. Drive forward sales and company objectives
3. Assist the team and Store Management with daily tasks
4. Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet & our people
5. Work on initiative and be super proactive
6. Maintain company standards at all times
7. Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld

Requirements

1. A love of customer service and to be able to translate this to inspire your colleagues
2. Self motivator and be able to maintain impeccable standards in store
3. Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect
4. Able to work effectively with cross functional teams
5. Meticulous attention to detail
6. The ability to work retail hours - which can include weekends and evenings
