Key Stage 1 Teacher with Phase Lead Responsibilities Redbridge

Primary Teacher Key Stage 1 Teacher Responsibilities

• The successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will be required to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Monitor and assess Key Stage 1 pupils' progress.
• Build a positive relationship with pupils, parents, and carers.
• Engage with relevant staff and parents/carers to discuss pupil progress and any concerns.
• To lead a phase to achieve high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and the highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils through the provision of a creative and rigorous curriculum.
• To promote the wellbeing of staff and pupils.
• To take specific responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management and organisation.
