Key Stage 1 Teacher with Phase Lead Responsibilities - Redbridge

Are you a passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher keen to secure a new role for September? Are you experienced in your role and keen to take on additional responsibility?

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils.
2. Monitor and assess Key Stage 1 pupil's progress.
3. Build a positive relationship with pupils, parents, and carers.
4. Engage with relevant staff, parents/carers to discuss pupil progress and any concerns.
5. Lead a phase to achieve high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and the highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils through the provision of a creative and rigorous curriculum.
6. Promote the wellbeing of staff and pupils.
7. Take specific responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management and organisation.
