Key Tasks
  1. To provide detailed analysis of sell through for key accounts.
  2. Forecasting and reporting of key account sales.
  3. Prepare annual sales forecasts and objectives for each of your designated accounts.
  4. Manage the flow of data and communicate key account information to the field sales team.
  5. Provide sales admin with full details of key account ranges, orders and forecasted deliveries.
Key Account Management
  1. Maintain regular face to face contact with each of the key accounts for the brand, ensuring your customers are kept up to date with all brand developments.
  2. Develop and build relationships with field based area managers, arranging regular meetings and training.
  3. Manage the assortment within key account stores ensuring efficient introduction of new lines and phasing out of old lines.
  4. Manage stock replenishment of key accounts ensuring core profile is maintained and sales are not lost.
  5. Ensure trading agreements for key accounts are in line with company policy.
  6. Constantly look to improve our position within store and work with marketing manager to establish, explore and implement all marketing initiatives.
  7. The maintenance of all paperwork relating to the opening and closure of all key accounts.
  8. Assist Marketing Manager with Shop in Shop program for key accounts.
Communication
  1. Ensure corporate objectives are achieved and a high level of communication is maintained internally and externally.
  2. Communicate all key account initiatives, ranges and sales data to internal and external departments.
  3. Establish good lines of communication with Customers, Head Office and Management always attempting to understand their relevant functions.
