Liberon is a manufacturer of premium quality products for wood & stone care. With product ranges covering interior and exterior wood and stone care, Liberon has been a trusted name since its establishment in France in the 19th Century. The company specializes in providing natural waxes, polishes, and materials for antique restoration, specialized furniture care, and wood turners.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager - Ecommerce at Liberon. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth. This role is based in New Romney but allows for some work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with new and existing major ecommerce customers.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Create sales strategies for each major client.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
