Job Description
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key FMCG accounts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide insightful customer feedback to the product development team.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the FMCG industry.
Prepare detailed account plans and sales forecasts.
Conduct regular business reviews and presentations with key customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
Demonstrable experience of working with either Wholesale or Retail customers in the FMCG industry
Experience with branded or private label products, ideally experience of successful NPD Launches.
Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
A customer-focused approach with excellent communication & presentation skills.
