Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Strategies: Craft sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets in the logistics sector.
  2. Client Acquisition and Expansion: Identify, approach, and secure new clients while expanding business opportunities with existing accounts.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  4. Customized Solutions: Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions to enhance their supply chain operations.
  5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutual benefits and competitive terms.
  6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product development, to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  8. Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  9. Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts.
  4. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and market dynamics.
  5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  7. Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
