You’ll work directly with our executive team, including: Paul Fagan (CEO); Rafique Nadaf (COO); and Christian Maestrini (CFO), along with a Key Account Executive team in Cape Town and a Customer Success team in Varna, to ensure seamless delivery to our customers.

We’re searching for A Players who have the will to succeed. Skills can be taught, but the right attitude is a must. Key Account Management experience is key, but prior experience in automotive or leasing is less important than your alignment with our values and your ability to build meaningful relationships.

You’ll be managing multiple stakeholders, understanding their needs, and delivering value at every step. You’re reliable, energetic, and love collaborating with others to get things done.

The Role

As a Key Account Manager at WeVee, you’ll take full ownership of your accounts, managing relationships and driving growth. This role goes beyond standard account management - you’ll be responsible for strategic planning, relationship building, and delivering innovative solutions for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate sales - drive revenue through effective client interactions and solutions.
  2. Lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling - identify new opportunities within accounts.
  3. Problem-solving and conflict resolution - address customer challenges swiftly and effectively.
  4. Collaboration - work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  5. Resource allocation - ensure the right resources are directed to meet client needs.
  6. Customer success reporting - deliver insights on customer progress, successes, and areas for improvement.

Key Account Manager Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Account oversight - manage the overall health and growth of your key accounts.
  2. Strategic planning - develop long-term strategies to meet both client and company goals.
  3. Project management - oversee complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional execution.
  4. Relationship management - build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Innovative opportunity development - identify new growth opportunities and bring fresh, value-added solutions to the table.
  6. Customer experience (CX) - ensure every touchpoint enhances the client’s journey and satisfaction.

  1. The rising ZEV mandate, starting at 28% in 2025 and rising to 80% by 2030.
  2. A cultural shift towards sustainability, with businesses and individuals increasingly embracing environmentally responsible choices.
  3. A growing range of affordable electric vehicles, making the switch to EVs more accessible than ever.

Your Experience

We’re looking for people with experience in Key Account Management, who understand how to build relationships and manage complex accounts across multiple stakeholders. You have:

  1. The confidence to lead, inspire, and communicate with authority.
  2. The competence to quickly learn our processes and systems.
  3. The communication skills to keep everyone aligned and informed.

While experience in the automotive or leasing industry can be a plus, it’s not essential. What matters most is that you’re aligned with our ELECTRIC values and bring the energy and drive to succeed in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
