The Role of the Key Account Manager:
Selling a “best in class” portfolio of bowel management solutions into acute care settings.
Target customers include bowel nurses, pelvic floor physios, tertiary clinic referrals, spinal units, and other influential KOLs involved in this area.
You will have the support of a nursing team to help patients and train them on using the system.
This is a home and field-based role covering East Midlands and East Anglia.
The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager:
Relevant clinical (Bowel Management/Stoma/Continence) background with commercial/sales experience.
Understanding of DACs and Community Prescription reimbursement through Drug Tariff.
Experience with bowel management or similar medical devices is essential.
Ability to engage with decision-makers and build relationships, along with strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Dynamic and driven, with a desire to work in a target-driven environment.
Confident, articulate, and a strong relationship builder.
Highly self-motivated and tenacious, able to deliver sales results in a competitive environment.
Well organized and able to plan weekly and monthly diary.
Able to operate independently and work within a team.
Strong mindset with the ability to articulate your thoughts and influence others.
