KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER / NEW BUSINESS – PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW

  • £35,000 Basic
  • Commission / Bonus
  • UK leading Promotional Merchandise Supplier
  • New Business / Account Management
  • North London

ROLE DETAILS

  • Maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Managing current client accounts – including problem solving and their general day to day merchandise requirements.
  • Reigniting some previous, lapsed client relationships.
  • Actively sourcing new client opportunities including calling prospective clients from a qualified leads list.
  • Analyse job revenue, cost and profitability of the overall account.
  • Maintain updated pipeline for weekly sales meetings as well as working to and achieving set monthly targets.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working within a busy, fast paced sales environment.
  • Exceptional client and account management skills gained in a similar sales/account management role.
  • Proven track record in consistently exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
  • Outstanding communicator.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple demands, great attention to detail, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) with PowerPoint experience also beneficial.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude within a high performing team environment.
  • Confidence to speak to senior level decision makers.
  • Experience in the Promotional Merchandise industry is desirable.
