KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER / NEW BUSINESS – PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE
WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW
- £35,000 Basic
- Commission / Bonus
- UK leading Promotional Merchandise Supplier
- New Business / Account Management

ROLE DETAILS
- Maintaining existing client relationships.
- Managing current client accounts – including problem solving and their general day to day merchandise requirements.
- Reigniting some previous, lapsed client relationships.
- Actively sourcing new client opportunities including calling prospective clients from a qualified leads list.
- Analyse job revenue, cost and profitability of the overall account.
- Maintain updated pipeline for weekly sales meetings as well as working to and achieving set monthly targets.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience working within a busy, fast paced sales environment.
- Exceptional client and account management skills gained in a similar sales/account management role.
- Proven track record in consistently exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
- Outstanding communicator.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple demands, great attention to detail, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) with PowerPoint experience also beneficial.
- A ‘can do’ attitude within a high performing team environment.
- Confidence to speak to senior level decision makers.
- Experience in the Promotional Merchandise industry is desirable.
