Location: National - Field Based Role (Ideally, candidates will be centrally based)
Salary: £55,000 Based on 80% Basic and 20% OTE Split.

They are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join their Consumer Business Group division in the Retail and Office Channel in a Nationwide Role. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business and sell into major distributors and wholesalers nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Driving sales with our top end user accounts across key account partnerships in the UK to exceed targets quarterly and under an annual sales plan.
- Working closely with external clients at Merchandising director or Sales Director level.
- Building mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with key clients and establish strong relationships based on trust and loyalty.
- Drive channel planning process and planned growth activities in Stationery, Office and Wholesale channels.
- Ensure alignment and execution of the portfolio plans.
- Preparing clear plans with major key accounts detailing main objectives, strategies & tactics and track progress against these through relevant KPI targets.
Skills & Expertise
- Proven Key Account Management experience with a track record of growth within wholesale and distribution sectors.
- Tenacious, highly driven and conscientious with ability to navigate pro-actively through complexity.
- Excellent commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally.
- A problem-solving mindset with capability to understand relevant industrial manufacturing processes and propose solutions to key customer pain points.
Please note that this is a Nationwide, field-based role covering the whole of the UK.
