K3485 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank based specialist financial services organisation in its search for a Syndication Manager for UK / Europe.

Your key objectives will be to increase the total volume and fee income of business syndicated within the UK (with some European scope).

• The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial and communication skills, a keen sense of business and financial acumen, and the courage to explore innovative business practices.
• Relationship management, business development and financial analysis will be key strengths.
• Strategic planning, negotiation, risk management and reporting are all pre-requisites.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
