K3475 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading financial services organisation in the search for an experienced HR Manager to join on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected company within the financial services sector.

• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organisation’s HR operations and managing a small team. Key responsibilities will include performance management, learning and development, employee relations (ER), and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

• You will be a seasoned team manager with proven experience of handling the full disciplinary process from end to end. The role also requires:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Confidence in presenting to audiences at all levels

  • Working knowledge of pensions and payroll

  • A passion for driving staff development and engagement
