Job description

BDS are an established recruitment specialist who pride themselves on providing quality recruitment across the social housing, property and facilities, care and support, and charity sector. We have enjoyed a continued growth over the last 18 years and have a list of long term clients who we offer approachable, and professional recruitment services.


We are now looking for a junior recruiter to join our busy office in Ecclesfield, Sheffield. Working in a fast paced and driven environment in a team of 11, you will be responsible for running a busy warm desk without any cold calling, filling a range of both temporary and permanent vacancies within the housing and care and support sectors as well as building upon new and existing relationships and coordinating interviews, new starter requests etc.


The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a vibrant personality capable of multitasking, who can communicate well at all levels and can build on new and existing client relationships. Strong customer service skills are a must alongside good IT ability. Previous experience is great but not necessary as full training will be provided.

  1. Basic salary £22,000 - £25,000 based on experience with OTE earning £32,000 in year one.
