Junior Test Analyst – Near Cardiff (1-2 days per week in office)

If you have at least 1 year of experience in a web-based software testing role, this could be the one for you!

We’re working with an exciting company in South Wales that’s on the lookout for a Junior Test Analyst to join their growing QA team.

What you’ll be doing…

1. Assisting in the testing of software applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards
2. Testing and assuring quality of all new and existing software products
3. Creating & executing test scripts
4. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and senior testers to understand system requirements
5. Documenting test results and contributing to continuous improvements in the testing process

About you…

1. A minimum of 1 year in a Test Analyst role within a software development team
2. SQL (ability to write and execute SQL queries)
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
4. A good understanding of the software development process (Agile Scrum Methodology or similar)
5. Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with multiple teams.
