Salary: Competitive, £24-28k DOE.

Contract: Full-time, permanent

What You'll Do
  1. Be the first line of support for customers and internal staff, resolving technical queries efficiently.
  2. Work within an ITIL-based service desk environment, ensuring smooth IT operations.
  3. Conduct site surveys and provide technical reports for client solutions.
  4. Play a key role in Microsoft / Private Cloud, WAN connectivity, and local network solutions projects.
  5. Manage change requests, contribute to service improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience with Microsoft products including Azure, Windows Server, VMWare, ProxMox and Hyper-V virtualisation technologies.
  2. Understanding of Cisco networking (routing, switching, firewalls).
  3. Familiarity with IT Service Desk systems and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
  4. Knowledge of Network protocols, VPN, MPLS, and public DNS (a plus!).
  5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
