Junior Technical Coordinator, South East London

A top London developer is currently in search of a Junior Technical Coordinator to work on a luxurious development in a prime South East London location. Renowned for their high quality and often pioneering schemes, this is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-end residential project for one of the most successful and busy regions of this UK development firm.

As the Junior Technical Coordinator, responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating Technical Information
• Checking Drawings
• Liaising with Key Stakeholders
• Attending Progress Meetings
• Preparing and Monitoring of Technical Specifications
• Managing External Consultants
• Liaising with other departments

Ideal applicants will have previous experience working on RC frame projects for a developer and possess an up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations. The most suitable individuals will be existing Trainee Technical Coordinators working for developers or Project running Architects/Technicians/Technologists with large residential scheme experience will also be considered.
