Junior Structural Technician

Location: Harrogate, £25-35k DOE

Entry level opportunity to join a well-established team working on a range of interesting Structural Engineering projects including commercial, industrial, retail, domestic, and refurbishments.

We are happy to consider a college or university graduate looking for their first role or a CAD Technician with confident experience of Revit looking for the next step in their career.

The role offers internal training and the opportunity to obtain qualifications in Structural Engineering if required.

The Role:

• Create detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Develop structural designs that meet project specifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and design discussions.

The Person:

• Have a strong foundation in engineering principles.
• Ideally hold relevant knowledge or qualifications in Structural Engineering or happy to work towards them.
• Confident using CAD software, ideally Revit.
• Keen to learn and develop.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

The role is easily commutable from Leeds or York by train.
