The Junior Sous Chef holds a management position within the kitchen department, reporting to the Sous Chefs and is responsible for co-supervising the day-to-day running of the Culinary team. The team works straight shifts.
A hands-on role involved in all areas of preparation and service, with excellent potential to mentor a passionate, developing team, who are excited by the new opening of the kitchen.
