As a Junior Sous Chef at Ottolenghi Richmond, you will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly and ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality dishes. You’ll be responsible for leading your section, helping to manage junior chefs, and maintaining the high standards Ottolenghi is known for.
