Junior Software Developer

An exciting opportunity at a leading manufacturer in the surveillance industry has hit the market; our Kent based client is hiring for a Junior Software Developer.

The Junior Software Developer will directly report to the Senior Software Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop easy-to-use web applications
2. Control automated testing, and manage their deployments
3. Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure front-end design integrates with the back-end systems
4. Writing front-end code
5. Rewrite front-end web pages
6. Support in the rewriting of back-end systems

Requirements:

1. Experienced in the following front-end languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, React.Js
2. Experienced in designing and implementing using REST APIs and GraphQL
3. Proficient in using Selenium, AWS, and Azure
4. Skilled in Linux
5. Back-end experience in the following: Java, Spring, SQL, NoSQL, Rabbit, Kafka, and Mockito.
