The Role - Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems

You will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with technical assistance via phone and email on faults with medical imaging systems.
• Performing remote troubleshooting and determining the most effective resolution for issues.
• Guiding customers through the problem-solving process.
• Escalating unresolved issues to field service engineers.

Your Background - Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems

• Qualification in electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
• Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer environments.
• Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
• Full UK driving licence.
