£33,000 - £43,000 (OTE: £130k+) + Progression to Directorship + Leadership training + Personal & Team based commission

Are you an ambitious 360 Tech Recruiter looking to take your first step into management and continue progressing in your career through to directorship?

Do you want to significantly increase your earnings through both personal and team based commission?

We are looking for a goal-driven 360 Recruiter who is ready to take on the responsibility of managing a well-established 4 person team in the Tech USA market. As a Junior Manager, you will be focused on the development, growth and results of your team, whilst being supported by our experienced managers and directors to enable your own personal development.

Due to the ongoing success and growth of our US teams operating from the UK, we have opened our first international office in Miami with more in the pipeline. This excellent opportunity is the result of our current Tech US Manager relocating to head up a brand new office in the US.

The role:

  1. Team Manager in the Tech USA market
  2. Management of 4 recruiters
  3. Manage your own 360 US Recruitment desk
  4. Drive team performance and growth
  5. Contribute to the company's success
  6. Progression to directorship
  7. Personal commission - up to 40% + team based commission

The person:
  1. Successful 360 Tech Recruiter
  2. Experience coaching, mentoring or managing recruiters
  3. Ambition to continue to progress into directorship
  4. Motivated, resilient, goal-driven
  5. Exposure to the US market (desirable)
