As we grow, we’re looking for a Trainee Recruiter/Delivery Consultant who’s ready to begin a career in recruitment.
Why This Role?
- As a Trainee Recruiter / Delivery Consultant, you’ll shadow our Sales Director, learning everything from sourcing candidates to building client relationships.
- No experience? No problem! We provide full training and support.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Finding the Perfect Candidates: Source top talent for our clients through job boards, our database, and LinkedIn.
- Connecting with People: Reach out to candidates by phone and LinkedIn to introduce exciting job opportunities and build real connections.
- Writing Job Adverts: Turn client job descriptions into eye-catching adverts for our job boards.
- Updating Records: Keep our database up-to-date by speaking to current candidates on the phone and via email.
- First Point of Contact: Take incoming calls from candidates to discuss open roles, provide initial information, and assess suitability.
- Social Media Updates: Share job posts and updates on LinkedIn, Twitter, and more!
- Email Marketing: Run email campaigns to promote our job openings and generate interest.
What We’re Looking For:

- Enthusiastic Personality: A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy & Organised: Good written English and confidence with computers.
- Sales Experience (a plus!): If you’ve done B2B Sales or Telesales before, even better!

We’re looking for people based near Bromley or surrounding areas like Beckenham, Chislehurst, Croydon, and more – those who want to grow with us as a long-term team member.
