Your Role

As a Junior QA Engineer, you will:

  • Ensure Quality: Implement and manage quality assurance policies for web development projects.
  • Test Execution: Conduct thorough testing of web products to meet high standards.
  • Defect Management: Track and resolve defects promptly.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate risks and issues clearly.
  • Support: Assist with QA needs across the Brunswick community, including the AI team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all web products comply with industry standards, focusing on accessibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new technologies and trends, bringing back learnings to the team.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and present your work effectively.
  • Automation: Work with the Technical Director to implement test automation processes.
