Property development & management company are seeking a property manager to join their well established and dynamic group.

1-2 years + in a property related role would be required for this position which has great opportunities for growth and progression.

Working as part of a team, responsibilities will include:

1. Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
2. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
3. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
4. Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
5. Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.

We require:

1. Proven work experience as Property Manager.
2. Fully understanding property management.
3. In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
4. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
5. Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
6. A clean driving licence.
7. Good communication skills.

Salary: £28k per annum
