Working office based, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
Requirements:
Coming from a Property Administrative or support background, having already worked in a leasehold environment for at least 1 year.
Understanding the basics of block management (from a support capacity) with the desire to progress your career via structured training, eventually moving on from Administrative duties to property management tasks.
Initially taking calls/emails from residents, contractors and clients, dealing with them where possible or referring them to appropriate team members for guidance.
You’ll visit sites with Property Managers, help to organise repairs/maintenance and get to learn about service charge budgets and major works.
Good general IT skills preferred, exposure to QUBE would be particularly beneficial (though training will be provided regardless).
