Junior Project Manager - 12 months

Job Description

Salt have once again partnered with a leading FMCG brand who are looking to onboard a Junior Project Manager into their team for a 12-month contract.

You will be overseeing the upgrade of the artwork. Typically, this would involve 50-100 assets per year, but they expect it to be around 500 assets for 2025-2026.

Responsibilities:

• Artwork Review and Approval: Ensure all artwork meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Information Coordination: Collaborate with team members to gather inputs and feedback. Coordinate MSOR file with inputs from all parties (R&D, SC, Marketing, Regs, Diversey).
• Brief Development: Create detailed briefs for the design agency to guide artwork creation and for AW approval process.
• AW Development Tracking: Monitor and track the status of artwork development across the network and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Budget Coordination: Coordinate AW related expenses and budget.
• Pre Kick-Off Meetings: Coordinate and lead pre kick-off meetings and PPM, ensuring cross-functional team is aware of AW development and requirements for AW approval process and production.

Day Rate: £200

IR35: Outside

Working Arrangement: Hybrid working in London.
