As a Junior Project Manager, you will be joining the Science and Project Management Team, playing a crucial role in delivering projects and managing a range of creative, immersive, and high-science projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating and communicating with a variety of departments, 3rd parties, and teams.
• Tracking project workflows, steps, and communication with clients.
• Responsible for developing production timelines and leading on status calls.
• Leading internal calls, team briefs, and day-to-day communication with various teams.
• Enquiry handling from clients/partners, building relationships, and background knowledge.
• Providing updates for clients and internal teams, addressing any setbacks in the project.

You:

To be successful in this Junior Project Manager role, you should have good experience working within a healthcare communications agency for at least 12 months.

• You must already be working within a healthcare communications agency.
• Must have a BSc and/or MSc with a desire to develop within medical communications.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize workload.
• Can manage difficult situations in a positive manner.
• Ability to manage timelines between projects.
• Clear communication and a level-headed approach.
